Dialectics and Numerology
Dialectics
CTM, being an integrated medicine, aims towards the realization
of a superior synthesis, with the support of two fundamental
poles: the “dialectic” system and “action based
on numbers”.
The world is represented by a correlation of dialectic relationships,
which help to eliminate confusion while creating order and clarity.
Life itself is "communication", whose information creates
the correlation among the relationships and the interactions
inside the system's complexity.
Life exists because of the double rule of “order and equilibrium” occurring
within the workings of the complex system, which is required
to "act" in accordance with the universal laws of nature.
It is nature itself which “governs” the results pursued
and obtained in harmony with the laws of the cosmos. It is through
these laws that the individual becomes part of the universe’s
ecosystem, where he/she will live as an integrated part.
The “control” of the complex system is entrusted
to the other cardinal pole of CTM: that is the “action
based on numbers”.
CTM medical texts are dominated by numeric symbologies, which
are considered the “lines of force” behind the entire
therapeutic thought process. According to CTM, numerology is
an expression of the autonomous movement of order, within which
the mystery of life evolves.
Through the “dialectic system” and through the “ten
numbers” CTM faces the problem of the system’s complexity
and reaches the “uniqueness” of the vital dynamics,
as well the infinite variety in the aspects of life.Through these
numbers CTM describes the general laws and principles of life
which ensure its continuous flow.
According to fixed and precise rules of Euclidean linear geometry
and non-Euclidean chaotic geometry, CTMcontrols and regulates
the movement of space and rhythm inside the individual’s
complex system.
CTM aims to define, generically and systematically, the universal
laws governing the life of every individual, through the knowledge
and understanding of the fundamental principles, analyzed and
organized into a coordinated system.CTM follows its own type
of methodology based on a “dialectic” with which
it is possible to take into consideration every element within
human physiology: structures, systems, subsystems, activities
of the organs, functions and every activity present at any moment
in the individual's whole life.
In CTM every element of the individual's physiological structure
is observed using a universal system which offers a dialectic
perspective and which can be applied to every individual.
It is a communicational system which aims towards unity and
overrides every form of reductionism, in a world of relationships,
interactions, movements, mutations, and evolution. The uniqueness
of CTM lies in this “dialectic system”, with which
every vital element is considered. The attention is focused on
a “moment” in the flow of life and introduces, in
a single dialectic reflection, every single part of the complex
system structure, the symmetry and complementariness of every
element. It reveals its specificity through these dialectics.
It is of fundamental importance to concentrate on the order-disorder,
harmony-disharmony, action-reaction, equilibrium-disequilibrium,
in a “moment” of flow of vital energy, which proceeds
along the “path which maintains life”, the Tao, the
passage towards the Centre, where nature’s dynamic point
of equilibrium within the cosmos is found.
A thorough dialectic is absolutely necessary in order to avoid
confusion. Ontology (time-space) and cosmology (time-space-creation)
dialogue with each other to create the system of “correspondences” and “alternations” with
which harmony with nature is created. The “middle path”,
the Tao, is the “Centre” where the dynamic flow stream
of alternation and transformation of the complex dynamic system
finds harmony within the cosmos, together with the individual's
dynamic energetic equilibrium. At the Centre is found the “harmony
within nature”, which is the role of the therapist according
to CTM; the dialectics' dualism favours the reunion of separate
elements and the definition of its complementarity, or else their
opposition and contradiction. It is the dialectic which operates
in favour of the understanding and the organization of a multitude
of vital dualisms and, at the same time, considers its constant
relativity occurring inside the union of contraries or in the
contradiction of the unity.
The organism, a cybernetic self-regulating system composed of
integrated subsystems, reveals, through its energetic dynamics,
its dependency on the universal laws of biophysics. The dialectic
of CTM can describe this complex system in its every detail.
Numerology
In an undifferentiated nebulous, charged with “energy”,
is found the “Zero” point, a “moment” which
has no dimensions in time and space.
The Zero point represents the “great cosmogonic emptiness” which
possesses the “energetic charge”, which creates its
own existence and initiates life. When the Zero point, in virtue
of this dynamic energetic charge, effects a movement, which is
a linear shift in a temporal continuum, from movement to movement,
it begins to occupy successive spaces, until it forms a line
with which it reaches “point One”.
Inside the One the “great mutation” takes place,
representing an ensemble of evolutive phenomena, of transformations,
with various stages of development. These are the fundamental
elements of the dynamic, elaborate cosmogonic program in support
of nature's “fundamental project”: it is the energetic
dynamics of the complex system of all living beings: it is the
project of the dynamic vital reality according to the laws of
biophysics.
This “creation without creator”, this linear "passage" from
point Zero, the “atemporal” moment, to “point
One”, where life is found, represents the Dao of Jing of
CTM; it is the passage to the equilibrium, the harmony, the vital
dynamic energy.
This complex system adheres to numerical laws. The energetic
dynamics in the individual's physiology, according to CTM, consists
of a binary system and a ternary system (Earth, Humankind, Sky)
and in energetic systems referred to as the quinary and senary
movements.
Euclidian geometry represents the world of “order in nature”.
Butnature is not simply causal, linear energetic dynamism; chaotic,
non Euclidian geometry represents the world of discordant, chaotic
harmonies in nature: it is its evolutive, “secret world”.
Non Euclidian geometry faces the problems posed by “chaotic
events” which intervene in the dynamics of a complex system
and whose phenomena lead to chaos.
Fractals render chaos (whose nature is unpredictable and unbridable)
predictable, in order to bring life back to harmony and order
according to the laws of nature.
The numerology of CTM signifies the equilibrium, the harmony, of
a complex system which originates from a “point”, the
Zero point, which remains virtual entity until the energy is transformed
into movement.
